Training for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

The adoption of the necessary knowledge on using the new business solution is an extremely important part of its introduction into the company's business. Because of that within the scope of our services we pay special attention to the user training for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

To allow the future users to become familiar with the new business solution in the most efficient way we have designed 3 basic training models:

·         general training for standard business solution functionality,

·         targeted "one-on-one" training, and

·         workshops or team training.

In the following text you can find out more about the characteristics of a particular training model and also about the specific business situations in which we recommend a certain model to our clients.

We perform the training in our own fully equipped training room, which allows for simultaneous training of up to 6 users.

General training for standard business solution functionality

·         basics,

·         accounting and financial management,

·         sales,

·         purchasing,

·         warehouse and inventory management,

·         job and resource management,

·         relationship management.

At this moment we offer around forty training packages standardized in content and duration, each inluding lectures and excercises. By level of complexity each package falls into one of 3 levels: introductory, advanced and supplementary.

The general training model is primarily intended for companies that are still defining their business processes or want to signifficantly change the existing ones. It allows them to adopt the proven best practice business models which are already built into the solution. The scope and amount of information offered through general training model will allow the client to recognize and master all solution functionalities applicable to their business.

Considering the concept and content of general training we believe that it could also be interesting to individual users, or even the future Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultants that are only beginning to master the business solution.

Targeted "one-on-one" training

slika.usluge_školovanje.350x312.jpgThis training model is intended for individual users or smaller groups of users belonging to the same process or organizational role in the company. The training is entirely focused only on those solution functionalities that the users will be using in their daily work. These trainings are highly intensive and include the large amount of excercises.

If the client company has a clearly defined set of business procedures and rules which they don't intend to change, and if the business solution has to be implemented as quickly as possible, we recommend this training model. Although the users won't be getting as wide an insight into the solution capabilities as they would through the general training model, they will be ready to begin using the solution in their work in the minimum amount of time.

Workshops

Workshop or team training is ideal for the adoption of practical knowledge and skills required to carry out a specific business process from its beginning to its end. A single training session is attended by all participants of the chosen business process. In their content and form these trainings are similar to the workshops we prepare as a part of business process and organizational consulting. The main difference is that these trainings are primarily focused on mastering the business solution and not on the organizational and business process redesign.

If you want to be certain that you are efficiently using your business solution as a team we recommend this training model. A prerequisite for success of this training model is that all participants have adopted the necessary knowledge and skills at the individual level.
