In the following text we have prepared a summary of information about the companies that have chosen Perihel as a partner for providing IT support to their business and a little about the actual services provided. Our clients are listed in alphabetical order:

To avoid any missunderstanding, when reffering to Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution we have used the name of the product version which is actually used in the client company.

AstraZeneca d.o.o. – Zagreb

AstraZeneca is one of the top 10 pharmaceutical corporations in the world employing more than 60.000 employees. The corporation establishes it's presence in Croatia and the immediate region through the AstraZeneca d.o.o. company whose primary activities are focused on marketing and product registration.

AstraZeneca d.o.o. has been using the Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision since 2004. This solution enabled the company to perform all busines activities in accordance with the corporate business rules which significantly reduced the time required for corporate monthly reporting and greatly simplified daily operations.

Due to the scope of marketing activities a set of organizational rules has been established within the solution allowing for hierarchical control and monitoring of employee expenses. This allowed for full compliance with the requirements of external and internal audit, and provided the company management with the ability to fully track the marketing and promotional expenses.

Knezović d.o.o. – Zagreb

Knezović d.o.o. company offers its clients accounting and financial consulting services.

Knezović d.o.o. first started using Navision Financials and Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision by remotely providing accounting services to clients who already used these solutions in their business.

Due to a number of identified benefits of using these solutions in execution of accounting tasks, in 2005 Knezović d.o.o decided to implement Microsoft Business Solution - Navision as a platform for providing accounting services to all of their clients. At this moment they use their own system to manage the accounting for 20 client companies.

Knezović d.o.o. closely cooperates with Perihel since it was founded in June 2006. In September 2006 Knezović d.o.o. has chosen Perihel as a support partner for Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision.

As a result of the client's demand for establishing a stable and secure computing environment in January 2007 we have extended our IT support for Knezović d.o.o. by deploying a network solution based on Windows Small Business Server 2003 platform.

Our partnership with Knezović d.o.o. is further extended by their experience and expertise which they place at our disposal during execution of certain business solution implementation tasks related to the field of finance and accounting.

Urban konstruktor d.o.o. – Zagreb

Urban konstruktor d.o.o. is a construction company focusing on building construction and finish work. The company, operating since 2000, constantly employs 80 people and posesses own equipment, machinery and transport vehicles. Depending on projects and seasonal activity the company employs additional construction workers.

As a result of their growing business and an increasing complexity it places on the organization of business activities, Urban konstruktor d.o.o. decided to implement an integrated business solution that will provide adequate support to all of their business activities and deliver required business reporting quality.

In parallel with the implementation of the business solution Urban konstruktor d.o.o. prepares to standardize the company's business procedures through introduction of ISO standards.

Provided services

In January 2007 Urban konstruktor d.o.o. selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV business solution and Perihel as their partner for the solution implementation.

The solution implementation has been divided into two phases. The first phase encompasses the implementation of solution functionality required for support of accounting, purchasing and inventory management activities. The second phase is planned to deliver integration of the business solution with the application for construction project preparation and management. That will allow for centralized tracking and management of construction projects through the business solution.

The first phase has been completed in April 2007.
